Summary

On another glorious episode, Blaiden, Theo, and Matt get into a discussion of what players could potentially be the rising stars in the 2021 NFL season. First, they talk NBA. Starting with the draft lottery. Was it all that interesting? Or Surprising? Will Cade Cunningham go first to Detroit and will it matter? Does a high draft pick change a team as drastically as a top 3 pick in the NFL could? Should the NFL adopt the lottery strategy? Theo has a suggestion for the NFL on how they should change the draft: Free Agency style! Then, Blaiden gets to take the inaugural VICTORY LAP for his take on the Hawks going the distance, but Sponhour just won’t let him have it. The boys transition to the NFL, getting into those rising stars for next season. Players include: Tight Ends Anthony Firkser for the Titans and Adam Troutman for the Saints. Wide Receivers Denzel Mims for the Jets (yes, a Jets receiver!) and Van Jefferson for the Rams. Running Back J.K. Dobbins for the Ravens. And, in classic Theo Ash fashion, zigging when the rest of the NFL world is zagging...Quarterback Drew Lock for the Denver Broncos.
