Here we go. So, Welcome back to the quarterota of the Day show. I'm your host Sean Croxson and

Sean Croxson. We got Grant Cardone on the show today and he's gonna talk

about his 40- 20 plan for managing your money.

And I wish somebody would have told me this a long time ago.

When I first started making good money, like, don't know 10 12 years ago, I had a my first seven figure after taxes year.

Like that was my money, right? Didn't have to give it to anybody. And instead of doing very smart things with that money, like, you know, investing it, getting some real estate, I went buck wild because I never had money like that before. I bought a g wagon I bought

a electric BMW I had all the clothes I remember I went to Bloomingdale's. I grabbed the whatever you call the people who worked there who was dressed the best and I was like I want to do my whole entire wardrobe. And the stack of clothes on the counter by the cashier

was so tall that a woman walked by and was like,

oh my goodness.

Like, I think it was like $10,000 I dropped on just clothes in one visit. It was crazy.

And I wish there was somebody who was like a mentor,

somebody who could have just sat me down and said,

hey Sean, you have a lot of money here.

We're gonna take this liver of it

and you're gonna live on it, right?

This is all you have to live on.

And the rest we're gonna do some really smart things with. And so, you know, 10 years from now, it's going to multiply so many times that you never have to worry about money ever getting your life.

Like that, that's the jam right there.

But nobody told me and I was too lazy at the time to actually do the reading

myself to learn how to do that. And so, you know, my advice to you as I wrap up my little

intro here is to prepare yourself. Like if you really believe that you're going to make the big money that you want,
