Hi everybody. This is Isaac Botkin. We're doing a T-Rex talk as usual, but what's not normal about this is the fact that I got audio feedback coming in.

That's not normal, is it, Charles? Yeah. So what's not normal about this feed is we may be able to play a clip of something

that is happening right now. Feoretically, we could switch to it live if we were a little bit

better prepared. But right now, as we speak, as you watch this live stream, we've got a bill

being debated in sub, no, not subcommittee, full committee in the Tennessee House right now.

So we're going to be talking a little bit about that bill. My brother David is down there

potentially going to offer testimony in support of bills and amendments for constitutional carry.

Now, if that actually happens and he's actually able to do that,

then we're going to play that clip here on the live stream.

Right before I came in here and sat down in front of this camera,

I was watching the live stream.

And yeah, there's a lot

of conversation going on about constitutional carry and permitless carry. The bill that we're actually

talking about here in Tennessee, and we're going to talk about some federal bills. We're going to

talk about some Tennessee bills. But right now, this very moment, people are talking about House

Bill 786, which is the governor's permitless carry bill.

It's being called constitutional carry, but it is, in fact, a permitless carry. And we'll talk about

what the difference is. This is something that we talked about almost exactly a year ago.
