You're in Vegas. Golf's always in Vegas these days. Good fields in Vegas. How you feeling about the summer club?

Yeah, Vegas has been good. Yeah. First of all, Pat, thank you for I know that it is very precious times or football season. I'm glad we could we could make this work.

It's always it's always good to chat. Some of the clubs going to be I think it's going to be pretty interesting. I was telling you before we went hot, this is.

This is very, very exclusive. I mean, this is I don't want to call it a resort. It's not really that it's it's a residence.

And it's probably the most exclusive residence in in Las Vegas. And this course is only four years old and it kind of plays towards I don't want to say more resort.

But like that type of clientele, right? I think it's going to be generous off the tee. It's going to be an absolutely pristine condition. The greens are bigger than average.

It kind of lends itself to that type of clientele that it gets on the daily basis. So you don't really need to be the best driver.

I earns and putting that that's the strategy here. I believe so. So I'm going to walk the course on Tuesday. I'll get a lot more Intel.

But the idea from what I understand is very generous off the tee as long as you're not playing out of the desert, you're good. It's pure desert golf.

And then the way that Fazio has designed these green complexes larger than average, but they have, you know, sections to them.

So as long as you're in the right section, there's not a lot of huge undulation. They're more subtle breaks, which starts to lead me to believe, you know, longer inaccurate drivers probably have the bigger edge over a normal PGA tour course.

So I'm just being able to kind of hit those second shots onto the correct tier or the correct area or region is really what is going to set you apart this week.

Are they going to make you park on the driving range if you go to the course?
