I'm here with Drew Franklin. Ryan is in Realtor Training. He said he has six hours of training today so we wish him the best.

Drew well, is Ryan doing the training? Like teaching it or is he doing the training?

I don't think he's doing the training. By the way, Shannon you heard him yesterday make fun of Realtors who use he said like pictures from 25 years ago.

If he used it as their picture somebody sent me Ryan's official picture online. He does the same thing. I think they all do it.

I'm sure and that's fine. Like I get it. I mean if I was a Realtor I'd probably do the same thing. I mean I still probably have my profile picture a picture four years ago.

But my man was mocking all the Realtor people and they sent me his and it was his LEX 18 picture.

When he was talking about that yesterday you know because I had Ryan as my Realtor. I had an image of seen his little car and everything I get.

And I remembered him looking about 29. He does. He literally call him out because I wasn't positive. He has his hair but before the transplant.

Like this. Like I mean he I mean you know it's Ryan but I just think it's hilarious that Ryan was like oh yeah these people roll in their eyes.

And he said you know who you are. You know who you are and he was one of them. Does he not even realize that this is official picture. Does he think that he's different.
