In case you missed during the break on Twitter, I broke some news.

I'm going to go to your Twitter.

Kentucky Governor Andy Bashir this afternoon will issue an executive order, KSRs reporting,

that will require all colleges in Kentucky to allow their athletes to make money off

their name, image, and likeness.

It will make Kentucky the seventh state to do it and will allow Kentucky to do what the

other six states are doing in on July.

On July first, students will be able to make money.

So Ryan, I guess they didn't want to wait for the NCAA to act, and they're going to

do it this afternoon in what I think is the correct decision.
