Ryan and Drew are in Lexington. Guys we had a huge weekend. There's a lot of football news. I think this is going to be a big week in basketball. Ryan I can already hear you breathing heavily into the microphone. I know you must be excited.

That was a monster recruiting weekend for UK football. Never seen anything like that before to get those three players like that. Bam, bam, bam. So if you're not excited about what's happening in UK football can't wait for season start then you're not a fan.

It is very exciting. Drew last night. The UK volleyball team started their sweet 16 game at 1135 at night because of I don't know what because of but they won. They now play in the elite eight tonight against Purdue at 9 o'clock to go to their very first ever final four if they can win.

I'm excited for the just a second elite eight ever tonight but I do I need to apologize to UK volleyball. I just couldn't hang last night. I tried and the eyelids closed before we started so I did not watch last night but I'm excited for tonight.

If I was a volleyball team I'd be upset. I mean you had to play at 1139 and then they got to play again the next day. Apparently it was because they decided to have the elite eight only our sweet 16 only on one court.

So they had to go through the whole day of games. I don't know Ryan that sort of would I mean why the two schools from Kentucky.

You know it's a cool moment Kentucky and Western playing. I bet the whole state would have liked to watch and then you start at the middle of the night. Why do I have the West Coast teams play late at night?

Yeah I couldn't understand it. I mean Dante and Dana and I sat on a couch ready to watch it. We were actually going to watch it.

I had to sit through Ohio State and Florida and they kept going and kept going and so Dante and Dana left. I'll buy myself and I was going to tough it out. I'm going to make it about 1120 like I tapped out. I could not stay a penny.

Well the thing is for the volleyball folks this the bracket has opened up for them as well. So they played Purdue tonight and that's going to be produced never made the final four either.

So the winner will make it will no that's not right. I'm sorry pits not made but Purdue they played tonight. They should be the favorites. Kentucky should be the favorites.

If they win the three seed Minnesota who was going to be a very difficult final four match up they lost. They got upset. So Drew they have a real path to the finals if they can win tonight.

Yeah Minnesota was the number three overall seed UK's number two. So it's huge to see them bail out and then tonight I think it's the number seven seed they'll be playing so they should be favorite and should be a game they win to get to that first final four.

So they got a chance to make a national championship game so tonight at nine o'clock and if they do then we will do a watch party for the final four on Thursday night.

So just keep that in mind if they are able to win tonight. Now I want to talk about all the football news the recruits. I have a lot of basketball gossip we need to discuss but first I got to tell Ryan a quick story and I need your all's take on it.
