a man for no reason.

The guy was sitting on a car and somebody called the police said he was suspicious.

So they, I guess by the time they got there, he was sitting in his car.

They dragged him out of the car.

In fact, I think we have that video.

And when you, when you see what actually happened, compared to what they said that he was resisting

arrest, I, I've seen this from several different views and several different times in the altercation.

Once did he seem to resist in any way at all.

And this poor man then was wrestled to the ground, face down his arms pinned behind his

back and handcuffed.
