Hello, everybody. We are very excited to be here today.

My hair is wet. And listen, that's not going to affect this podcast in any way, but I don't think I've

ever recorded a video on the internet with my hair sopping wet.

I came from swimming because swimming is back. It's happening.

It's back.

I'm so excited that it's back.

I've now been swimming five times, I think, already.

I know.

How are we already like deep into summer?

I don't understand at all. But it's been

really great. And it's just kind of the time when we swim, they only have like adult lane swims

for a certain hour right in the middle of the day. And so trying to figure out when to record the

podcast, I was like, I can do both. We'll just do it with wet hair.

So I'm like, is that going to be for all of summer that I'm going to have wet hair in the episodes? I think so. I mean, if you're dedicated to swimming every single Monday, like you could just not, but if you want to, then yeah, I guess your hair's going to be wet. It's going to be wet. So like I say, that really does not affect the podcast

or affects the video. It doesn't affect the audio, though. People on the audio version are like,

move on. I also have a slightly different angle today, so I'll also address that elephant in the room,

because there's now a cat tower in my office room, and I didn't want that to show on the camera so I had to move the way

the camera is because we moved our living room around a little bit since we painted we got a TV
