So we're talking today about getting old, aging and sobriety.

This has been suggested to us to talk about aging and sobriety.

This is a topic very close to my heart.

So when we were talking about it, I thought, right, Chip, you take the lead in that because you're old.

And then, but then I had that moment of like, actually, so am I. I'm going to be 50 next year.

That's actually, that's one of the things, right, that I still feel like, and I remember being like 20-something in someone who I

considered old saying, I still feel like I'm 25 and I was looking at them going, black

cow, that's not possible.

Yeah, yeah.

I'm having that moment where I'm going to be 50 in two months.

And I'm having that kind of like, blindimey, that's actually like proper older.

Yeah, yeah.

But I don't feel like it is.

I know.

My father, who died when he was 96, always said he felt about 17 inside his head.
