Alright, now that I am back in town, I've been desperately trying to catch up on the

FIFA World Cup, I'll be honest, I haven't had a chance to watch as much as I would have

liked to probably only had a chance to watch 10 games or so, so far most of them in the

last few days.

But fortunately we have at our disposal here an expert 10 hours ahead of time in Finland

bringing him back for the first time in a while because I was negligent and didn't watch

your basket 17, I was on a vacation getting married, but now our international basketball

expert Christian Politi has returned.

So this World Cup I think the place to start is just that the USA team is not what it's

been.

I think that was obvious when we saw the names there were many though just said, ah,

you know, I mean, you just look at these players, you compare the depth that they have if they're

playing games in the NBA, the USA is way better.

Still, you know, they should have no problems, but it really doesn't work that way.

International competition doesn't.

No, you're absolutely right.

And you know, I think everybody had concerns in terms of also the fate of the roster,

not only the talent, but I've been positively surprised, especially the further along that

tournament isn't gone.
