We have done Christmas joint episodes or we had 30 minutes and 40 minutes together.

But this year we decided to do something entirely different and not disrupt

what we were doing in the Old and New Testament and just do a standalone episode that it will appear in both

feeds where we're going to talk about something Christmas related. Who we have with me is

Eric Sorensen and Chadbird of course and what we're going to talk about on this episode is

Chad's him the infant priest or the infant priest was wholly born.

Chad is this advent him as much as it is a communion hymn,

or is it sort of a way of having both at the same time?

Like is it a communion hymn you sing typically during Advent?

Yeah, I fit with Advent, it fits with Christmas too. It's in the in the hymnal section.

The hymnal is divided up into not only the various seasons of the church here like

Advent Epiphany, Christmas, so on so and so forth but it's also

divided up into kind of thematic sections like baptism the Lord's Supper in times things like that so

it's in the Lord's Supper section but it lends itself toward being also either an Advent or a Christmas

hymn.

Yeah, so when I usually hear this hymn is during the season of Advent or Christmas.

So I hear it, you know, December and maybe into January as well.

That's when I typically hear it.

Yeah, it fits with those seasons.
