We are going to run down what happened in part one. We started off with a huge trade of Paul George. He was traded for every Bradley.

First round pick and the clippers 2019 lot of protected pick that Boston has Boston also had to move Marcus smart to clear enough space initially to sign Gordon Hayward which we will get to before trading for George.

Smart was traded for Josh Houston. Summage Kristen Chicago's 2018 second round pick that they got in the Cameron Payne trade and Oklahoma City's own 2019 second round pick so then Houston and Kristen were routed to Indiana to make the salaries match Boston of course also got their man in Gordon Hayward.

He signed a three plus one had to start that at about three hundred thousand dollars under his full max so about 29.5 million to start he got a 15% trade bonus.

Carmelo Anthony and his agents tried to engage the next in bio talks those went absolutely nowhere in golden state Kevin Durant returned for the non bird exception starting at 31.8 million a one plus one with the maximum allowable five percent raises.

And Stefan Curry got the absolute full boat that he richly deserved a four plus one for the designated player veteran contract $201 million and also got a no trade clause.

Chris Paul flirted with both the rockets and spurs but eventually returned to the clippers 4.1 full max again for him or four plus one full max again for him.

$21 million he got a no trade clause as well that was the kicker for him Blake Griffin however wanted to no trade clause from the clippers did not get it so he went to the heat on a three plus one at the full max with a 15% trade bonus.

Paul Millsap was in talks with both the rockets and Minnesota after Atlanta would not mean is asking price but the only team to offer the full max was the Denver Nuggets and so he got that four years 149 million no options for the 32 year old millsap.

Kyle Lowry got low balled by the Toronto Raptors only got offered 25 million a year so he actually went to the rockets four years 120 million not quite the full max which would have been 149 but still pretty good the rockets now will need to move Ryan Anderson in an upcoming trade to do that but if they can't they've committed that they will stretch him or otherwise open up the space but they should be able to move Anderson and whatever else they need to get off of that money we'll see how that ends up happening in part two here.

Getting into the restricted for agents can Tavius Caldwell Pope rather than going out to test the market he returned to the pistons five years 127.6 million helping the pistons out a little bit with their luxury tax compared to the max KCP taking about 16 million less over those five years then what is full max would have been auto porter with the market being set by KCP returned for the wizards five years 120.6 million.

27.6 million as well identical contract there. Neuralin's no well got whispers of an offer from the Atlanta Hawks who had space after losing millsap that was enough to bump the mavericks up to giving him a four plus one for 90 million dollars 18 million a year for Neuralin's no well that is going to descend over time since he's got the low capital they'll start him high and descend him.

Andre Roberson heads of interests from the nets tentatively and going back to the thunder on a four plus one for 72.5 million dollars.

Jameil green return to the grislies four years 40 million dollars Jonathan Simmons at age 27 got a two plus one so you can get back on the market at age 29 25 million dollars over that two plus one with the spurs Allen Williams a restricted for agent four years 15 million dollars to the sons they're going to have that decline over time the maximum eight percent decline big one here was drew holiday going to the Minnesota timber.

Walsh the wolves cleared space by trading Ricky Rubio and call Aldrich to Utah for whole netto and Utah's 2018 second round pick that gave the wolves plenty of space to fit in holiday he was going to start at about 25.8 million with the maximum raises four years 111 million as I said there also the wolves agreed that they would at least make an offer to

Drew's brother Justin with half of their room exception so for two years that basically be a two year four million dollar deal for Justin holiday if he wants to take that and can't get any better offers elsewhere we'll see what ends up happening with him there's a cap clearing trade between the maves and the hawks to white Powell and a protected second round pick went to Atlanta for the rights you surging gladier who likely will never put on a maves uniform that cleared out about another nine million or so.

And then the pelicans were able to move on from Alexis Aginza they still need to find a way to dump his eight million dollars remaining over the next two years or so but contingent upon doing that they agreed with Jeff Teague for all of the space that they had it was 12 million plus that additional four million or so with the Jinsa that led to a four year 70 million dollar deal for Teague with the pals who

just recovered after losing Drew holiday and then George Hill the market really dried up for him he was brewing the day that he turned down the renegotiations extension from Utah that could have been as much as $80 million over three years in new money he had to go back to the spurs who had about 18 million in cap space they're going to give the room exception to Paul Gassol and that deal is not officially being consummated yet and that left George Hill two years 37 million

but the second year is only four million guaranteed with the spurs at age 31 he's going to try and get back on the market next year and do a little better we'll see how well that goes so that wrapped up everything that happened in part one let's bring in the rest of the guys here and get started on part two.
