We are all arguing, we're all bickering, we're all trying to get people to either see things

Or sometimes it's just, you know, it can be as simple as saying no, the new Star Wars movie was

And when we try to argue with other people, we try to make a case for why they are wrong

and we are right, you suggest in your study that we do something sort of intuitively that just

doesn't work. And that was in, you're both of your hypothesis, both hypotheses in your study,

Sure. Yeah. So one of our intuitions going into this research is that this idea of the moral

empathy gap probably presents a barrier to political persuasion. So if it's the case,

in which we know it is the case, that liberals and conservatives tend to hold different moral values

and that moral values tend to blind people to one another's perspectives, then this might help
