Chicago has been in a little bit of trouble after they

changed the amount of time or the length of time that their

yellow lights remain yellow during traffic stops. So there is a

rule, it's a three-second rule, a yellow light should remain

yellow for at least three seconds. But apparently, someone went

in and kind of rejiggered the system. And as a result, it went

down to about 2.9 seconds. Now, some of you might wonder, why is
