Sure I don't want to begin by accepting the premise that there are only two crises.

I think that there are at least four and I would agree with your two but I want to

throw in an entitlement crisis and just fundamentally dishonest budgeting in the

city and the fact that we have a crisis of civic engagement and folks have lost an understanding

of what the American idea is.
