Croxton.com. We got James Arthur Ray on the show today and today James is going

to encourage you to take care of your body because you only get one, right?

You only get one body.

And it is very, very difficult to take the actions that you need to take to become successful with your body is not healthy.

You just don't have the energy for it, right? When your body's not working really well,

your brain's not working really well, your brain's not working

really well, so you're not as creative, you're not flowing, and so eat real food, my

friends, exercise, go on your daily walks, lift weights, and just treat your body well, and it will reward you with

more success if you're willing to take the actions.

In Buddhism, which I started studying when I was 18, they call this physical body the precious human body.

Precious.

In Christianity, which I started studying at birth,

they call it the temple.

how you treat your temple? Seriously. Seriously, you see, your physical body is the vehicle through which the creative source has chosen to evolve.

You get that?

Your physical body is the vehicle through which the creative source has chosen to grow and evolve and to express. What kind of temple

are you giving the creative source? What kind of vehicle are you given to the

creative source?

Because once again, most people are not doing a real good job there. Not doing a real good job there.
