A lone gunman killed and injured multiple people, a tragic shooting at the Fort Hood Army base.

People were shot in Tucson, Arizona, including several who were meeting in a supermarket with their congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords.

At least 12 people were killed when a gunman opened fire at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado.

The majority of those who died today were children, beautiful little kids between the ages of 5 and 10 years old.

For that several people have been shot and some have been killed.

We're confronting another mass shooting. We're hard-wrote. It's something like this, it might have happened again.

There is something heartbreaking about death happening in a place in which we see peace and a place of worship.

Another mass shooting in America is time in a community college or my heart goes out to the families of those infected.

This just doesn't happen in other countries.

Somehow this has become routine.

And reporting is routine, my response and sub-being routine, Americans understand we should be changing these laws, including the majority of responsible law-abiding gun owners.

As I said just a few months ago, I said a few months before that, and I said each time we see one of these mass shootings,

our laws and prayers are not enough.

And it does nothing to prevent this carnage from being inflicted some place else in America.

There's a threat that endangers all American citizens. It's not a threat from the outside, it's homegrown.

We're in another mass shooting and nobody is shocked.

You know the first step to dealing with a problem is admitting you have a problem.

The only culture America has is gun culture.

And your right to walk around without being shot is superseded by a right-wing nut jobs right to own an assault weapon.
