On Friday's show, we talked about Richard Dolegel and how she had figured her identity.

She apparently was white, but she went around basically the time he had to be African-American.

We declared her not guilty because we thought her intent was overall good, she was trying

to do right by the African-American community.

She worked at NAACP in Spokane, Washington, and they were happy with her and they stood

by her and they still stand by her, although she has now resigned.

I am here to tell you that I am switching my vote to guilty and I want to explain why.

First of all, something we already knew from Friday in explaining why she was calling

herself black, basically, she said, quote, we're all from the African continent.

Okay, that's incredible weak sauce.

I let it slide on Friday, but that is ridiculous.

It gives you a sense of the different lies of this woman as we.

Okay, but now let's talk about the substance of it and why it does matter that she was going

around pretending to be black.

So first of all, she apparently represented herself as black when applying to Howard University,

traditionally black university.

Wait, now that's serious, right?
