You would know that because about a year ago, Sam had on the Great Matt Taiwi to talk about

a Senate committee investigation on HSBC that revealed that the bank laundered money for

Mexican drug cartels, al-Qaeda affiliates, and all myriad of other bad actors washing

their money.

And now there's even more information about HSBC based off of a long-term investigation

that, of course, shockingly has not resulted in, apparently, any criminal charges.

But we now know, and Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio wants to know why there isn't any criminal

consequences for this.

We know that HSBC is, and this is from a report in the Guardian, HSBC is among a handful

of banks to face criminal prosecutions in recent years, possibly.

They've had to pay a few fines.

For its role in a Swiss banking system that allowed depositors to conceal their identities
