| 1:21.9 | and what they did was chip away because then Medicaid funding wasn't allowed for poor women. |
| 1:29.5 | And then there was spousal consent that came up, and then you couldn't provide services to minors |
| 1:36.0 | without parental notification or parental consent. |
| 1:40.2 | But it means that you can never relax. |
| 1:45.0 | We're hearing about knitting needles again. |
| 1:48.0 | We're hearing about bleach, duchess again. |
| 1:52.7 | And they may not be reporting it to their physician or to the judge at the end of talking to you |
| 1:57.7 | or to the clinic worker at the hospital, but there are girls out there doing that. |
