| 2:49.6 | You might begin by feeling the area of the eyes and the brow and just softening the eyes, letting the brow be smooth. |
| 3:11.6 | You might even sense a smile spreading through the eyes, lifting the corners of the eyes a bit. |
| 3:24.6 | Receptive, present, relaxed. |
| 3:37.6 | Feeling the mouth relax, the jaw unhinged. |
| 3:42.6 | See if you can relax deep into the root of the tongue. |
| 3:56.6 | You might again sense a slight smile forming at the mouth, the inside of the mouth smiling. |
| 4:12.6 | Widening the attention just to feel the face, tingling, vibrating, still liveness at the face. |
