| 0:18.0 | new wish, the first place to pay attention is to your sitting posture. |
| 0:23.0 | So as you settle yourself, you might close your eyes and then adjust your posture so that |
| 0:30.0 | you come sitting upright, so there's a quality of sitting tall and sitting in a way that |
| 0:40.4 | feels centered and balanced and the way you might sense if you're centered and balanced |
| 0:46.1 | by leaning maybe to the left a little and to the right forward, backwards. |
| 0:53.1 | And then kind of come center now and feel that quality of gravity, feeling the kind of |
| 1:06.1 | rootedness in the earth and that like a tree you're rising up from the earth into the sky, |
| 1:14.1 | you might feel the top of the head as if there's a string that's pulling upward a bit so |
| 1:21.1 | that the chin comes parallel to the ground. |
| 1:26.1 | Let the eyes be closed softly and begin by taking a nice full conscious in breath, |
| 1:34.1 | nice deep full in breath, feeling the lungs even a bit more than you might be used to. |
| 1:43.1 | And then a slow out breath, let the breath go out slowly enough so you can feel the |
| 1:49.1 | sensations of letting go. |
| 1:53.1 | That's it. |
| 1:54.1 | And then again a nice deep full in breath and a slow out breath, letting go, letting go. |
| 2:09.1 | And one more time, inhale deeply. |
| 2:17.1 | And with the out breath, feel the sensations of releasing, letting go. |
| 2:27.1 | Allow the in breath to occur naturally, letting the whole cycle of the breath |
| 2:37.1 | resume in a rhythmic way, in a natural way. |
| 2:43.1 | And just notice the quality of presence that's here, even since the contrast of kind of maybe where you were. |
