It's contention that it takes more than one individual's hard work to succeed in America,

with seized upon, spun around, and answered by Republicans who cast it as an attack on

small business owners everywhere and spent the rest of the campaign sloganeering around

it.

Well, in the second installment of his interview with Bill O'Reilly last night, the president
