0:15.4	This practice is a loving kindness meditation.
0:21.1	We begin by awakening the receptivity of the body to loving kindness.
0:31.1	Bring you to mind the image of a smile imagining a vast sky filled with the curve, the receptivity
0:44.8	of a smile.
0:49.8	Just let that smile fill the sky.
0:57.8	In the sense that your mind could merge with that sky so that your mind is filled with
1:02.8	the openness and receptivity of a smile.
1:19.8	Setting a smile spread through the eyes, you might even sense the corners of the eyes,
1:23.8	lifted a bit.
1:26.8	The brows move, the eyes soft.
1:39.8	Invite a slight but real smile to the mouth.
1:48.8	Sents at the inside of the mouth can smile.
1:58.8	As you sense that smile you might feel the aliveness, the sensations through the mouth,
2:04.8	tongue, gums, teeth, still aliveness.
2:15.8	So the eyes are smiling, the mouth.
2:19.8	As you feel the breath at the throat you might sense a smile spreading through the throat area.
2:28.8	With that a sense of the openness and receptivity that comes with a smile.
2:43.8	And smiling into the heart, visualizing and sensing the curve of a smile spreading through
2:52.8	the heart in the chest area.
2:57.8	Not to cover over but to make room for what's here.
3:10.8	Sents that that smile could open up a space that includes the shoulders allowing the
