I'm Live from Toronto, Canada, the conspiracy show with Richard Serrett from Zuma Radio AM 740.

It was a dark and stormy night.

A perfect night, in fact, for conspiracy paranormal supernatural talk radio.

In fact, there was a downpour of biblical proportions earlier this evening as I made my way to the studio here in Liberty Village. And I have to admit, a few panicky moments. I just, I took possession of a new car. And the Subaru, 388,000 kilometers, finally gave up the ghost, blew up on the 401 as I was making my way to teach a class at Durham College, just east of Toronto.

And so the mighty Aphrodite and I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat, which we're enjoying.

But fool that I am, I neglected to read the owner's manual.

And so here I am driving down the DVP with the rain coming down and the glare from oncoming traffic

and the windows start to fog.

And I can't locate the windshield to fogger on the instrument panel.

So I am scrambling and it's fogging up in a real hurry, and I am steering with one hand

and wiping the windshield frantically with the sleeve of my other arm.
