| 0:19.6 | Recommend sitting upright as tall as you can without being tense or stiff. |
| 0:26.7 | And the reason for sitting tall is you'll be more alert. |

| 0:38.6 | So just take a moment to let go a little, sitting tall and then letting go. |
| 0:50.3 | You might take a few full breaths to collect the attention, inhaling deeply now and exhaling |

| 1:13.2 | So you can feel the sensations of the breath as it's released. |

| 1:26.4 | Letting go now of the breath slowly. |
| 1:28.9 | Just feel letting go through your whole body. |
| 1:31.9 | Letting go, letting go. |
| 1:35.8 | And then let the breath resume its natural rhythm. |
| 1:41.6 | Just notice the quality of presence sits here. |
| 1:47.4 | Notice if you feel a little more here, mindful, awake. |
| 1:57.4 | In this presence you can let the attention come to the heart and take a moment to sense |
