| 1:29.6 | Chicago's laying the groundwork to bring more charter schools to the city. |
| 1:34.1 | Look, there is no evidence that charter schools in the aggregate perform better than public schools. |
| 1:45.5 | In fact, there's plenty of evidence that says that in many cases they perform worse. |
| 1:50.5 | In New York City, we have seen a new round of test results that have come out that have showed |
| 1:57.8 | that charter schools perform no better than the public schools. |
| 2:04.2 | What we do know is that charter schools engage in what is called creamy. |
| 2:11.5 | They get the best of the best of students. |
| 2:14.0 | In many instances, they are able to weed out problem students in a way that public schools are |
