| 0:46.8 | energy to our food supply from agriculture and the oceans. |
| 0:50.8 | We see impacts from the equators to the poles and from the coast to the mountains. |
| 0:54.9 | There's no question that we live in a world that's already altered by climate change. |
| 0:58.9 | That was the lead author of the new report, Dr. Chris Field. |
| 1:02.3 | Now the head of the IPCC, Dr. Regendra Pachari, warns that unless we swiftly ramp down |
| 1:08.3 | our greenhouse gas emissions, we risk pushing the climate beyond our ability to adapt as |
| 1:13.6 | a species. |
| 1:14.6 | Nobody on this planet is going to be untouched by the impacts of climate change. |
| 1:19.6 | If the world doesn't do anything about mitigating the emissions of greenhouse gases, then the |
| 1:25.0 | very social stability of human systems could be at stake. |
