How do friends welcome the broadcast, hope you'll stay with me for the duration a last show here at

550 Queen Street west in Toronto from our flagship station AM 740 and a big hello to all our affiliates down the line and those listening online.

We are moving to a new facility, state-of-the-art facility, just down the road, down lake shore towards the grand old lady by the lake, they call it, the Canadian National Exhibition Grounds.

And so I'll be broadcasting from there starting next week and kind of mixed emotions about it.

It's been nearly what three and a half almost four years now here for me and

the building has a lot of character. Now I have not seen a ghost here. I have I have felt some odd things late at night around the elevator.

How about you Tim ever had any ghosty experiences here? No? No, no that's true. You haven't been here that long. But the elevators do

strange things here sometimes at night. And George Geneskew, the venerable George Geneskew,

Dr Geneskew, I should say, who hosts the show preceding mine

here on AM 740 has had some nightly visitors.

An old radio colleague friend of his has popped his head into the studio on a couple of occasions and I was here the night it happened.

I walked into the studio and George was just stunned and then he told me what happened.

Anyway, so maybe they'll pack up the ghosts along with everything else.

I came in here and there was nothing on the walls.

All the CD racks are gone, all the office furniture is gone I feel like a ghost walking in here anyway very

excited about the move boy lots going on when is there not lots going on? But do you get the sense that things are just starting to come to a head? I don't know. I do. I get the sense that trouble's brewing. But maybe I'm just a pessimist.
