I'm just trying to keep myself...

I'm pumped up here tonight, although I'm always pumped up to do the show,

don't get me wrong, but I have my routine I come in I have my

tea now that I've quit coffee we'll see how long that lasts but you know you

you get to a certain age turn 49 recently and you know it's it had been eight years since I'd been to the

doctor I found out last time I'm feeling a little sluggish after Christmas despite this new diet that I've been on and running and all of these things.

I thought, geez, I should be feeling a little more energetic and I was for a while and then it tapered off and all of a sudden I was feeling kind of sluggish.

So I went to the doctor, I said it's a long time overdue.

And so she's sending me for blood tests.

That's just typical normal standard procedure. When you get to a certain age you know get your

cholesterol checked and all these things so you've been to a blood test you've had

them done you know you're not supposed to eat when you go in for your blood test and that includes tea and so I

can't have tea I'm going in first thing tomorrow morning and so I'm just here

nursing a glass of water and missing my tea. What can I tell you?
