Summary

After a long hiatus (that included an ENGAGEMENT!!) Madeline and Zack are back to discuss the game changing year of 2012. First off - we plug our Patreon! We need your support to continue creating high quality content. Taylor slowly but surely drops prehistoric easter eggs that she'll be releasing an album. The bangs that were cut at the end of 2011, seem to give her some power.....the power to become obsessed with the Kennedy's. Her hyper-fixation tendencies really jumped out this year. On today's agenda: her whirlwind romance with Conor Kennedy, her almost role in Les Miserables and acting chops in general, the Grammy serve of the century, a brief interlude with Zac Efron, some nasty words from the internet's garbage can John Mayer, and the show stopping Red live chat. Oh.....and a sweet ditty called We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. Heard of it? We also discuss our upcoming plans to release two episodes a month, and to diversify our content. https://www.patreon.com/theevolutionofasnake Learn more about your ad choices. Hello, everybody. Before we get into this episode of The Evolution of a Snake, we would like to let you know that we've created a Patreon page.

0:22.2

So we're making a Patreon to help us produce and create our podcast. And as you know, we are two

0:27.4

simple country girls deep diving into the life and times of the girly who never goes out

0:32.7

of style, Miss Taylor Swift. We break down her impact, her flops, her wins, and the drama. So you might be

0:39.6

asking, why are we requesting your money? Well, much to our surprise, this podcast requires a lot of work.

0:45.7

And our episodes that deep dive into each year of her career take hours of planning and research.

0:50.7

And the podcast is also recorded long distance, which makes the audio quality

0:54.6

inconsistent, as I'm sure you've noticed. So with just a few of your hard-earned dollars,

0:59.3

we've got three tiers, one, five, and ten. We can invest into some great microphones and

1:04.1

editing software for the pleasure of your ears, and we can justify giving up hours of our

1:09.1

lives to gossip about a pop star.

1:11.1

We'll also be able to create on a regular basis,

1:13.9

which is something that we get harassed about on a regular basis.

1:17.1

So that means that you would get two episodes per month

1:20.1

and some bonus content on the Patreon for our $10 patrons.

1:24.5

Our content will stay free on all of the places that you listen to your podcast, but if you

1:28.9

like to listen to it early, look at our episode plans with links to the videos and all of the

1:34.1

pictures of the looks that we talk about and have a little bit of an increase in quality

1:38.8

and listen to the podcast early, then please do feel free to go to our page, The Evolution of a Snake, on Patreon, and

1:46.0

support us.

1:47.5

We also want to hear from you.

1:48.7

So we'll be on Patreon a lot, having discussions and polls, asking you guys what you
