Day 7 without coffee and I'm happy to report I am feeling fantastic I tell you I

I'm drinking green tea and in the morning I have these shakes.

Believe me, I'm the last person I thought

would ever get into this health kick,

but I'm having these shakes in the morning,

a cup of raspberries, a cup of blueberries, a coconut

oil, never even heard of coconut oil, but I'm throwing that in the shake and almond

milk and kale and so I've been feeling so great that I decided

to actually start running which I have not had any physical activity in my life other than, you know,

tossing the children around in a good way that we're playing, okay?

Or taking them up and down the stairs. So I started to run. Now, it's

taken me a while to sort of get up the speed and I'm just kind of chugging along the other

day up in Thornhill there and I'm not setting any land speed

records that's for sure old guy in a walker comes you know by and says get out of my

way so but feeling great and hope you are to wherever you are.

You know we recently marked the 49th anniversary is it now? My gosh, 49 years since the Kennedy assassination and
