| 0:45.0 | But people making less than $20,000 would actually see 0.2% less in their income after taxes. |
| 0:53.6 | So the poor yet poorer, the rich get richer literally in this tax plan. |

| 0:59.2 | And this is from a nonpartisan center for budget and policy priorities. |
| 1:02.9 | So this is not a matter of the democratic point of view on this or anything like this. |
| 1:07.6 | They look at the raw numbers. |
| 1:09.5 | And two thirds of the cuts, Proposive Ryan's budget, would come from programs serving |
| 1:14.3 | low-income Americans. |
| 1:16.7 | So they do massive tax cuts for the rich, and they pay for it by literally taking the |
| 1:22.7 | money out of the programs for the poor. |
