| 0:07.0 | You might close your eyes and let your attention go inward. |
| 0:14.0 | You might feel the breath and take a few very conscious long deep breaths, inhaling deeply now. |
| 0:23.0 | And then a slow out breath. |
| 0:29.0 | Feel the sensations of releasing the breath. |
| 0:33.0 | Let it go. Let it go. |
| 0:36.0 | And then inhaling again, inhaling deeply, filling the lungs. |
| 0:43.0 | Hold the breath for a moment so you can feel that fullness. |
| 0:50.0 | And then again slowly exhale. |
| 0:53.0 | Slowly enough so you can feel the sensations of releasing the breath. |
| 0:58.0 | Aware of releasing, relaxing outward. Let it go. |
| 1:05.0 | And one last time, a nice full deep in breath. |
| 1:10.0 | Feeling the lungs. |
| 1:13.0 | And then holding the breath for a moment. |
| 1:16.0 | As you hold the breath, let the shoulders relax back and down. |
| 1:19.0 | So there's a stretch across the chest. |
| 1:21.0 | Feel the fullness. |
| 1:23.0 | And again slowly exhaling, relaxing, softening down the length of the body. |
| 1:32.0 | Let it go. |
| 1:35.0 | Letting the breath come into a natural rhythm now. |
| 1:40.0 | Relaxed attention with the breath. |
| 1:47.0 | Letting the senses be awake so you can also be aware of the sounds around you. |
