This was pointed out to me by Jason Ball, who was hosting this radio show.

He's like, well, another criticism though is that sometimes the left

were too accepting. And I know that sounds horrible because that's one of the things that

that's one of our founding principles is to accept everybody.

But we need to acknowledge as well that besides just these Islamic extremists,

there are some pretty stern principles in Islam that aren't too great, that are pretty sexist,

that are pretty homophobic. And I feel like because again, maybe it's just because we see Glenn

back in these crazy assholes criticizing Islam, we feel like we can't do it either.

You know, like there are times where you would watch George Bush speak,

and George Bush would be like, I'm, you know, we need to stop the Taliban throwing acid and girls

faces you want to go to school. And then I'm watching that. And it's George Bush.

And suddenly I'm thinking like, does that mean I'm for throwing acid and little girls faces?

Yeah, it was interesting. We just had journalist Johan Hari on our show.

And he was talking about Islam. And at one point he had this little strange caveat.
