0:00.0	On June 14, 1977, 92-year-old Jay Emma Crapzer was bound tied up and suffocated in her
0:09.4	Prokipsi New York apartment.
0:11.2	Police thought she had walked in on a burglary and rounded up the young guys in nearby
0:15.3	mansion park, including Lamar and Stanley Smith, and a new guy from Brooklyn who had spent
0:20.9	time in Juvie, a budding boxer named Dewey Bozella.
0:25.3	After being falsely told that Dewey had implicated them, the Smith brothers returned false accusations
0:31.0	against Dewey and 15-year-old Wayne Mosley.
0:34.0	When police tried to turn the minor on his alleged accomplice, Wayne Mosley refused to lie,
0:39.6	and the Smith brothers' word was not enough for a grand jury indictment.
0:44.0	Six years and two eerily similar crimes later, one of which was properly attributed to
0:49.0	the brothers Donald and Anthony Wise, the DA continued his relentless pursuit of Dewey
0:54.5	Bozella for Emma Crapzer's murder, despite compelling evidence of the contrary, including
1:00.5	Donald Wise's fingerprint at the scene.
1:03.0	Finally, with Lamar Smith and Wayne Mosley in custody for separate crimes, the DA had
1:08.7	the leverage he needed to coerce testimony and send Dewey Bozella away for over 26 years.
1:15.3	However, the fight in this boxer proved to be just too big a fight that would one day
