In today's episode, Emily talks with guest Shaun Zimmer. Shaun is a Canadian, health enthusiast, devoted father, life coach, author, leader, freedom fighter and entrepreneur. Shaun has committed his life to becoming his best and is helping others to do the same. He talks about getting into trouble and his jail time as a young adult and how he made the choice to turn his life around. He started his first business at the age of 18 doing landscape construction. That business has now grown exponentially, winning multiple awards. Once Shaun joined social media, he became very popular in the meme world, after a video of him and his daughter changing a flat tire went viral. Shaun is known as The Viking on Instagram because he lives his life by the 9 Noble Viking Virtues. The Viking is a symbol of strength, resilience, perseverance and Shaun hopes to be a voice to guide people towards all that we were meant to be. | 0:44.1 | almost two years now in Canada. I want to take it back to a post that you made on June 9th, |
| 0:49.7 | 2020. It was a boot camp photo and it was one of the first photos that you had posted like that. |

| 1:00.8 | Tell me a little bit about what was happening during that time and what were the laws, mandates and things that were implemented in Canada that you felt were unjust. |

| 1:33.4 | I moved off of the tools with my construction company and different things that I was out and about with. |
