Happy Wednesday, my friends.

It's great to get to be here with you today.

I'm so excited to continue our study of the book of Genesis, the very first book in your Bible.

It's like so easy to find.

Like open the cover.

There you are. It's what we've been doing for the last

couple weeks. We're finally on Genesis chapter nine digging deep into God's word and seeing how it

applies to us. The title of today's episode of the Big Life devotional podcast is, so I remember. As good as you are or as flawed as you are,

you are 100% dependent on God's faithfulness. Without his faithfulness, you don't wake up today. Without his faithfulness,

the sun doesn't come up today. Without his faithfulness, things are never made right.

You are surrounded by constant proof of God's faithfulness and your every breath depends on it. He will never fail you.

God has made promises over you. He is in covenant with you. And God does not break his covenants. You may fail, but he does not. You may doubt,

but God is always 100% certain. He is certain that he loves you. He is certain that he chooses

you. He's certain he wants to bless you.

Imagine that for a moment. The creator of the entire universe wants to bless you. He wants to make something happen for you. With one word from him, it can happen.

Doors can open. Circumstances can change. The impossible can suddenly become possible.

He never stops wanting to bless you. So, we've been studying Genesis, Noah in the Ark, right? That's where we left

off yesterday. After Noah comes out of the Ark with his family and the animals, they start life over again

in a world that has been renewed by the flood.
