How do you transform something? I think the first thing you have to do when you're going to transform something is you have to get exactly

clear on what it is you want. I know you've heard that before but let

me illustrate it for you. If I said do you think about Christmas? Think about Christmas. Do that for me. Think

about Christmas. Did you get it? Okay, what did you see? What did you see?

Saw a Christmas tree? Anybody else? What you see? See Jesus? See your kids. See Santa. You saw something,

family. But did you see something? You saw something, didn't you? You want to know why you saw

something when you thought? Here's a revelation for you.

This is serious.

You know why you saw something when you thought?

We think in pictures.

The only people who don't think in pictures that walk this earth

are people who were born blind.

Everybody else that walks this earth thinks in photographs,

thinks in visual images.
