Really excited to be here this week in Los Angeles.

It's been a great week.

Lots of cool opportunities to talk to some amazing people.

And also a lot of people watching, seeing Hall of Famers left and right, just walk by you.

It's a pretty neat thing.

And it's always wonderful that the NFL allows us to be here

at Super Bowl 56 and cover the Super Bowl, cover the game, the big game. And today on the show,

we get to talk to somebody who played in the Super Bowl back in Super Bowl 40 in 2005 season, 2006

Super Bowl. Sean Alexander, he was a NFL MVP back in 2005, first round selection out of Alabama

to the Seahawks, and he played for eight years in Seattle and then got released, went

over to Washington for one more year, and now he's been out of the game for a while, but still

a sold-out follower of

Christ a devout man of faith and just a really solid guy and when I had the opportunity to

talk to him and that was pitched to us I said yes absolutely want to talk to Sean Alexander

and he had some amazing things to say about that 2005 MVP season,

as well as discipleship.

That was a topic that we had a pretty nice discussion on.
