uh... you know what i have read a lot because I used to pride myself in being able to do that and the more I have read and research it actually doesn't work.

You can pay attention to one thing at a time.

You can switch back and forth but there's a there's a price to pay.

I was going to say there's a cost of that. Yeah. And they also found people have a far worse sense of

smell when they're busy. They would bring people into a room, they

have a big assignment or no assignment and they interview people leaving it. People

had a big assignment didn't notice that there's a very strong coffee smell in there.

And the people who didn't have the big assignment were like,

there's a big coffee smell in there.

I smell coffee, what's going on?

You just don't notice stuff.

Yeah.

You just don't.

We think we do, but if we're like looking at our phones or something or thinking and we're listening to you that we're probably not honestly
