0:00.0	Many priests right now in this last year of scandal are discouraged and many of them are coming together and finding hope and finding fraternity.

0:17.4	Thank you so much and thanks for all the work you're doing on this topic.
0:21.7	It's so awesome. So you preached a sermon that went
0:25.9	viral when the whole McCarick story came out. A lot of people have seen that tell
0:31.1	us about that. The it was a homily that I gave that very
0:36.1	first weekend that followed the McCarick story breaking and it was interesting the
0:40.8	readings that week and you probably you might remember the readings were woe to the Shepherds.
0:46.1	And so yeah, I just kind of preached on what had just broken the story and yeah I've done some things you know online media
0:55.5	social evangelization that kind of stuff but nothing went viral like that
0:59.3	homily did and it just you know thousands of shares on Facebook and I had no idea that was
1:05.2	going to happen I just kind of spoke to my people you know from the heart and tried to
1:11.1	talk to them you know as their father and then to see what happened with it
1:16.2	you know as it went around and and was passed around was just a really powerful
1:21.5	and a really awesome thing and even then you know a couple
1:25.3	weeks later when the Pennsylvania report broke we started I started getting
1:30.1	calls from victims in Pennsylvania you know and in fact one of them was the main kind of person that was quoted by the AP in their story. His name was Bob Corby and he called and he was like my my counselor sat me down and had me watch your video and it was just great
1:48.7	It was the first time I'd heard somebody speak like that about this stuff and you know, he you just kind of like we were getting called
1:55.3	I had one night we had like nine Pennsylvania people call leave a message on
1:59.3	the voicemail my parish you know so I mean it's just been just, again I didn't see it coming,
2:05.0	but I'm thankful and it's just been really humbling to see how it's been how God's used that in the midst of some of this.
