Can you believe it? 200 of Undaunted Life, a man's podcast guys, I just got to thank you all so much for being here with us because we launched this back in 2017. Okay, and we've we've gone with a bunch of different attitudes and we've gone with a bunch of different news stories and we've gone with a bunch of different people that we've interviewed and it's been a wild ride, but you have been there with us all the way, but you showed up and showed out in a huge way in the last week or so. So in the last week, guys, we actually had some breakthroughs. We broke in

to the top 40 on Apple podcast and the religion and spirituality category. And guys, we got all the way up to 18th on Spotify, right? So a lot of that had to do with the time that I spent with John Cooper over on his podcast. So for those of you that are here, because you came over from John Cooper's podcast, welcome. Thank you so much.

And for those of you that are sending me messages saying you're going through my entire backlog. First of all, again, I got to apologize every time the first like 12 or 15 or episodes or so. I didn't even know how the microphone worked. It wasn't this microphone. It was a crappier one.

So I apologize for basically being right on top of the microphone and eating it and popping popping at the entire time. I apologize. Sorry. Terrible, terrible. But we all got better. We're all trying to figure this out. But I do want to let you guys know

that in order for us to kind of keep this momentum going. This is my call to action. Before we get into what we're doing today, my call to action is if you like this podcast, please rate it. That's how these algorithms work. And no one really knows exactly how they work. But if you rate review and then share the show, do not keep the show a secret, guys. Right.

Because for a long time, I was like, man, this is a really good show. I just don't really knows about it. But then as it's grown over the years and then being on podcasts like John Cooper's and some of the ones that we have coming up that we're really excited about.
