Now, I don't have a crystal ball, but I do have an unhealthy neuroses that compels me to consume,

digest, summarize, and then regurgitate everything possible

in all forms of data and opinions to give you the most plausible answers possible.

Oh, I may need medication.

Music! What is up my How to Buy a Homies episode 200? How about that? Pretty exciting. I'm David Sidoni, and this is the forecast episode. Lots of

information to get to you today. Now, a couple times a year, I get market updates from one of my

real estate gurus that I trust, mostly because he's been right, oh, about 98% of the time over the last

20 years. His name's Brian Bafini, and today he talked with another of the guy named Dave Stevens, and I take that, and I combine it with all the

articles and speeches and information from all the major economists. Most of these guys I've

been listening to for years, or reading, or following what they say. And then, just for fun,

I drop in some of the headlines from the

current news sources, both the bull and the bear. That's the positive and the negative. And

hopefully what that does is it creates the best full picture on what you're being told and how that

compares to the actual and more accurate forecast and predictions

that come from all the people that I end up reading who, for some odd reason, don't end up

being at the top of everyone's Instagram feed. Guess they're not influencers. By the way,

this is all predictions and forecasting. so you know what that means.
