Hello and welcome to episode 200 of the Mindful Kind podcast. This feels so surreal when I was

0:32.5

recording the very first episode four years ago. Never did I imagine that I'd still be creating a new episode every

0:39.1

week. So in honour of the hundreds of hours of work that I've put into this much loved project

0:44.8

and all the wonderful people who have tuned in from around the world four and a half million times,

First of all, if you've been listening for a while, you might have noticed that we created

1:00.1

an entirely new introduction. My partner, Deck, wrote and recorded the original introduction

1:12.4

1:19.5

grateful for Deck's work not just on the new introduction but for all his support with every single

1:25.4

episode. Because the editing process for each episode can be

1:29.4

a little time consuming, DEC took over that role to save me time so I could work on other

1:34.1

projects and it's a huge help for me every week. Not to mention the beautiful designs he creates

1:40.1

for the website and the moral support and the encouragement. I'm not sure if I'd still be podcasting every week if it weren't for him,

1:47.5

so I really just want to say a big thank you.

1:50.9

Second of all, I thought that on this episode,

1:53.4

I'd share some of my personal favourite episodes
