You're eating it to be healthy. You're not a gram of flavour. I am. I am. Exactly. I've got preference on taste. Yeah. But I've also seen that apparently bananas, once they're revealed to oxygen, they oxidise slightly. So like you chop it up, like I was just saying, when you chop it up for olive, after 10 minutes, it turns brown on the plate, doesn't it? So evidently, the air is doing something to it. So I was pondering. If I peel this and then break it up into bits, will it start tasting like the banana I know love? It will.
