I think we should probably remind our listeners what our backgrounds are.

So I'm a former New York City prosecutor and retired FBI profiler.

I currently am a writer-producer for CBS's Criminal Minds.

And I'm one of the owners of XG Productions, where we develop and produce law enforcement and military-related media.

And I'm Francie Hakes, and I'm a former state and federal prosecutor.

Not at the same time, though.

Not at the same time, one after the other.

And then I was in charge of the Department of Justice's efforts to fight child exploitation as the highest official there dedicated solely to that issue.

I've also done a lot of work on other violent crimes and national security cases, including working in front of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court,

which was a really interesting time in my career.

And I now am the CEO of Francie Hakes Consulting, where I do a lot of training and teaching and consulting with schools and NGOs about protecting children.

And I also work with XG Productions.

And you and I went and taught recently at NYPD and New York State Police.
