Hey, deserving listeners, it is just me today.

0:10.5

Today, I'm going to respond to patron Rubin's email.

0:14.7

Ruben asked me to provide 20 personal tips for having a great life.

0:23.9

Ruben says, could you provide a list of 20 personal tips you offer for having a great life based on your own experience? And when I first got

0:30.2

patron Rubin's email, I thought there's no way that I'd be able to answer that question. It's so

0:36.1

big and 20. If you'd asked for three, I thought, well, maybe I could provide

0:40.9

three tips, but 20, do I even have 20 tips?

0:44.4

And would I even have one tip?

0:46.2

It just seems too big.

0:48.0

But then I thought, well, I'd give it a try anyway.

0:50.6

I'm always up for a challenge.

0:52.9

And before getting into this, I just want to say that

0:55.4

1:14.1

that we don't usually engage in is providing tips for the general public that claim that

1:24.4

they will improve your life or provide meaning or something. You know, that,

1:28.1

that's too personal and, and you have to take context into consideration for it for everybody.

1:35.0

So this isn't necessarily a professional episode, if you know what I'm saying, based on research,

1:42.9

although I do have some tips that are definitely based on research.

1:47.2

The other thing is, I think that the way Ruben wrote a longer email than that,

1:54.2

and Ruben seemed to be saying or even was saying that I might have some special knowledge or special ability

2:05.2

to lead a good life or something. And I just have to say that I struggle like everybody else.
