Regarding the ranch, a local in the Uinta area states the following.

The Uts take this very seriously.

They think the skinwalkers are powerful spirits that are here because of a curse that was put on them generations ago by the Navajo.

And the center of the whole legend is this ranch.

The youths say the ranch is in the path of the skinwalker.

Tribe members are strictly forbidden from setting foot on the property.

It's been that way for over 15 generations.

So, that said, it's kind of like, I mean, every single possible, every type of paranormal event that you could possibly think of has ever taken place here. From UFOs to cattle mutilations to...

and they just happened to come across, like, this area.

So it's old.

Yeah.
